Treats Vegans/Vegetarians Right. The staff at Galanga have been friendly and very wise about what options can not be made vegan (Mee-Ka-ti). They aim to please and I cannot think of a time I wasn’t very happy with my meal. It is a tradition for me to enjoy Pad Thai before any 1/2 or full marathons that I run, Galanga is my favorite place to make sure it is vegan.
