Awesome place for fresh coffee and tea, HUGE cheese selection too. Nothing like walking into this place early in the morning and to smelling the fresh roasting of the beans. Wide selection of choices for home brewing and much better and cost effective than Staryucks. Very friendly staff and if you’re looking for specialty cheeses this is THE place they must have over 50. Shop is tight and a little hard to find but well worth the effort

Always a Great Experience. I’ve gone to the Cheese Shop many, many times and I’ve never had a negative experience. The coffee is smooth and full bodied, always top-quality. The workers are always friendly, interacting with the customers as if they are all old friends; the shop is always welcoming. The only thing about the Cheese Shoppe that I would qualify as a negative quality is that ordering something for the first time is very intimidating; self-serve payment goes by the honors system and as for made-to-order coffee, you have to get the cashier’s attention to order. However, once you get over your initial ‘coffee-shyness’, you will find the Cheese Shop to be a unique and wonderful coffee house. In the Winter this little coffee shop serves as a warm escape from the frigid air, in the Summer it is a cool oasis. No matter the season, the Cheese Shop is always a great place.

The muffin I bought today is hard as a cold rick and smells like fish oil. Horrible experience.

Stinky. Here’s my 15 minutes of WC Clarkes:1. There are dead bugs surrounding their neon sign, the dark decor on the inside was a good choice for their cleaning habits2. I got an iced latte, normally people pour espresso over milk, then pour this over ice. They poured hot espresso over ice, watering down my drink, then added milk to make a nice lukewarm, watered down drink. yum!3. It is very enjoyable outside if you are a smoker or enjoy second hand smoke or just like hooking a hose up to the exhaust pipe of your car as you drink coffee4. There are two containers with spoons, one marked clean and one marked dirty. These signs are not helpful in distinguishing the spoonsThe only plus was that they sell Barry’s tea, however this didn’t exactly tip the scale given the above.

Master of coffee brewing. Bill Clarke is a master at roasting coffee, and is humble about it. Great cheeses, gourmet grocery, and variety of coffee flavors each day, much better than starbucks. Good luck if you’re driving though, likely to get a parking ticket.
