Great Broasted Chicken……… We were driving through Lewisburg on our way to Maryland for a college visit. Happened to come across Country Cupboard as it looked interesting. This place is HUGE. There’s a bakery, gift store and greenhouse to the complex. Fun to walk through after dinner. We were seated promptly, but unfortunately we arrived at 7:30 and the buffet closed at 8:00 so I thought that wouldn’t be a good thing, plus the buffet was $20 and I don’t think I could have eaten enough to justify the cost. The buffet food looked delicious though so if I had had more time I could have written a review of the buffet. As it is, I’m glad I didn’t have the buffet as I tried the Broasted Chicken at the suggestion of our server. I’m SO, SO glad I did. The chicken was very crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Great chicken dinner. I got some baked corn for a side dish which I’d never had before and it was good as well. My wife had steamed tilapia which was cooked perfectlyl. My soon-to-be college bound child wanted nothing more than a PBJ sandwich which the waitress was nice enough to accommodate as it was on the 12 and under menu. All in all a very good meal. Huge dining room. I would go back again if I’m ever traveling through Lewisburg, PA.
Pricey and bad service. Just don’t go. There were waitresses all over and the two of us honestly waited about 5 minutes in line while the dining room was only half full, 10 minutes to order drinks, and another 5 to get them. I heard my boyfriend order clearly, and the complete wrong dish was brought out, and the waitress did not even offer to remedy. His fried seafood platter was like the same quality as cheap fish sticks. Don’t waste your money.
Over Priced.. We went to Country Cupboard Lewisburg for lunch on Sunday. We had prime rib dinner buffet. It was disappointing. All the prime rib were 100% cooked, and chewy. For $17per person plus tax and tip, I ate more baked corn and sweet potato than anything else, not worth it. I don’t think I will go there for a long long time.
We waited for at least ten minutes, and no one ever waited on us. I made eye contact with several staff, but to no avail. It was not even crowded, and there were several staff members standing around. We left and went to Damons instead.

Good Buffet. I like having an old fashioned buffet. the dinning area was clean and the servers were polite. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to other people of all ages. Very good family restaurant, not a great 1st date restaurant, simply because its pretty cheap.
