Pica’s was an OASIS in the Desert!. After searching high and low for a restaurant along Market Street and being completely disappointed by rows of endless Chinese & Korean barbeques…. We drove a little further away and saw the Pica’s sign like an oasis in the desert! We ran to it as fast as we could, and we are GLAD that we did! The food was DELICIOUS and the server was a trip… she was friendly, funny and got us our food so fast that we actually had time left over before we had to go to the Tower Theater for the Duran Duran concert 🙂 We started with Mozarella sticks (YUM), then our salads and an entire loaf of warm bread came (YUM).. the bowl of hot peppers was confusing, but turned out to be delicious with the bread. I had Veal Parm and my friend had the Cannelonis but she modified the dish and the server was more than happy to accomodate her request… food came out perfectly and it was so good we finished EVERY bite! And the bill was so reasonable I almost couldnt believe it! Delicious EXPERIENCE and fabulous service! Cheers!
Amazing pizza!
So cheap. I love the look of what’s on the menu. I like comparing U.S menus to australian ones as ours are so so much more expensive. 12oz lobster tail for under $25??? That’s the price of a vegetarian pasta dish here! Not fair!
Totally inconsistent. You never know what you r going to get… Meatballs r ok, meat sauce pretty good, pizza awful as a general rule
Best Pizza EVER!. I’ve been going to Pica’s for as long as I can remember, and everyone I bring there loves it as much as I do! The upside-down pizza is the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve certainly tried my fair share of pies). You can’t go wrong with a house salad and a pizza pie to split with your friends or family. I love this place!
Awesome Pizza/great food. I have been going to Pica’s for years. Love, love, love the pizza. Very good pasta dishes- chic parm, eggplant parm, etc…
Wife liked the rare ricotta cheese option. I think it tasted like the Elio’s brand frozen pizza from my childhood. Net neutral. Won’t be back. Too many other options.
