Spectacular New Years Dinner!. 12 of us were delighted to enjoy our New Year’s Eve dinner in the new Wine Cellar Room at the Jarrettown Hotel. It was spectacular! Giovanni shared a wonderful bottle of wine with us to start our evening. We were served large platters of anti-pasta on the beautiful large wooden table decorated with a pretty candle centerpiece. The rock walls are adorned with wine bottle collections from Italy and the ambiance was festive and sophisticated. We all enjoyed superior service and scrumptious dinners. We ended our lovely evening with a champagne toast to bring in 2014! It was truly spectacular! Thank you Jarretown- Ciao!
Consistently Good. Servers are friendly and they know the menu. Bill is a marvelous host/manager. Try the octopus; fabulous!! Nice upscale casual or simply casual atmosphere. Those who don’t like it probably don’t know how to appreciate fine food and are unwilling to pay for it.
Most disgusting meal ever. We walked and were gretted by five servers sitting at the bar saying first dinner table of the night. We ordered two appitizers which she gave us one as an app and one as a dinner, we didnt complain. The wine was cheap the food was unimpressive and disappointing. We will never go back it was pretty disgusting and just kind of like they gave up trying to be a good restaurant.
YUM!!. This is probably the most consistently Italian restaurant I have ever been to. Go for the atmosphere and enjoy some authentic recipes. Friendly and Knowledgeable service.
Food was well thought out and service was equally professional with experience. Well paired wine selections and choices that are truly unique to this area. Awesome atmosphere and decor. Service was excellent given how busy it was. They even had a kid’s menu and brought my daughter some extra noodles when she asked for a little more. Loved it and strongly recommend.
Wonderful!. My husband and i have been to the Jarrettown Hotel 5 or 6 times. Each time the meal and service was fabulous! I can’t wait to get back there and see what specials are on the menu! Did have to wait in the bar, though. But not for long and didn’t bother us a bit.
Wonderful, Wonderful. My family just got back from dinner at Jarrettown for my hubby’s 59th b’day. Everything was delicious. He had the filet, my mom had Jarrettown Pollo and I has tilapia. We all raved about the dishes. My husband and I have traveled to Italy several times and we said the food was as good and presented as nicely as restaurants we’ve dined at on the canals of Venice and San Gimignano Tuscany. Not your ordinary Italian restaurant. we WILL return!!
