Excellent pho, moderately priced, prompt service. A new must for my girlfriend and I. We started with summer rolls which were served with a tasty, slightly spicy peanut sauce. We both ordered pho as our entres. I ordered the Pho Deleux which had 2 types of steak, meatball, tripe, and tendon. The tendon was well cooked, jelly-like, and the highlight of the meal. The brisket was sliced thin and was my second favorite item in the pho. The atmosphere was what one expects at a low – overhead restaurant that serves good food- slightly sticky tables and vinyl seats and loud conversations of comfortable people.
