When we came in, we weren’t even acknowledged. We decided to shrug it off as we watched the owner pay off a small child for some under the table work. We watched as the owner stepped outside, leaving the thirteen year old kid behind the counter to take and make our order. We ordered our overpriced food, and sat admiring the table in the back BURIED in office paperwork. The woman at the end of the counter didn’t smile or acknowledge us, and we later found that it was a manager! We received our food and my surprise my boyfriends 8 dollar cheesesteak looked more like an aged chalupa and my Asian salad was laughable at best. My guy decided to give his cheesesteak a try, while I demanded my money back. I paid on debit, he refunded cash! Then, come to find out the Philly chalupa tastes like steakums at best! EXTREMELY disappointing. When I told them I was dissatisfied with the size and quality of the salad (which mind you was like three pieces of kale and half an overcooked chicken breast, and three shreds of carrot) they DEFENDED IT, rather than apologizing. They said ITS NOT A SMALL SALAD, WE WEIGH IT. For nearly 8 bucks I beg to differ. The woman at the end barked that it was all weighed and for my money I was getting a deal. I decided to split my guys Philly and take my business elsewhere. Horrible experience

Go to Primo. Primo Cafe is a great cafe that serves a variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner sandwiches. They have a lot of delicious soups and definitely have the best mozzarella sticks around. The menu is inexpensive and great place to go with the family.
