Not worth it. Maggioi’s has been around for a long time, but it hasn’t been the same since it moved to this location. The food is not worth the price and sound echos around the restaurant making it quite noisy.
Have been dining at Maggios since the mid 70’s when I was a student at a local high school. Now, 35 years later I am located in California with a family of my own. I recently took my family for a visit to Philly and made sure to introduce them to this place my family and friends grew up on. It appears they moved into new digs around four years ago. The new place blew me away in every way. the Pizzas are still as incredible as I remember, the steaks are still the best, and they are still are at the top of the food chain in every category. My compliments to Ma and Pa Maggios — I saw them both there and they still look the same. Must be something in the food and drink. Terrific!,!!!
Excellent in every possible catagory from a 37 year young family owned institutuion.
Poor service all around. The last three times I have been there the service has gone from bad to worse. The wait staff seats you at tables that can be pushed by the patrons next to you into your gut. They forgot to put our order in then told us it would be five mroe minutes after almost an hour without food we left. We tried to pay for our drinks but no one was around to take our money. They send you coupons from their frequent diner cludb that have so many restrictions that you can’t even use them. We were regular customers who will run if someone even suggests eatting there. There are too many places with good service to go back to ones with bad
Horrendous Customer Service. I am digusted with how my family was treated last night. We have been going to Maggios for years and have celebrated many special occassions there. The manager and owner have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and we will NEVER return.
I love this place and the new location is great! The BEST pizza sauce in town!
