Incredible. I ordered bourbon chicken with pork fried rice and when i tell u FRESH it was super fresh. The taste was awesome.. The sauce was full flavor. Even the veggies were fresh like they grew them lol the egg roll was moist on the inside ans golden on the out. The clerk said 45 minutes but there were knocking on my door in about 14 minutes. Im from NY and i will tell u,. This place is the best chinese food i had ever, very very fresh food.
Terrible service. My experience here was horrible. I was treated with no respect. They are all very rude. If you ask them a question they look at you funny and give you attitude. I will not eat here again… Food was not great either… They say that you are treated with respect if you give respect.. yeah that’s bulls***… I would never suggest eating here.
Special Announcement to old|new customers. You will be treated as you treat others . With that said , if you call the restaurant with a nasty attitude do not expect to be treated kindly . The customer is NOT always right . If the restaurant makes a mistake we will surely fix it as soon as we can , but that also depends on your attitude . If you call the restaurant to place an order over the phone know what you want AHEAD of time . Speak clearly . Cash is preferred . The owners frown upon credit|debit cards ; you will be charged 75 cents every time you pay with a credit|debit card . If you don’t like it , PAY WITH CASH . Or you can simply go somewhere else . Deliveries usually take 35-40 minutes , but on the weekends deliveries take up to an hour or more due to the mass amount of orders . This is where paying with a card annoys the workers . It slows everyone down , so please try to have cash at hand . Thank you .

We have been ordering food from there for several years. The food has always been very good and the costumer service has always sucked. All of the workers have no personality and I believe it’s a requirement to be mean.
Awful CUSTOMER SERVICE. It would be nice if they didn’t practically YELL at you for trying to order with a credit card- She actually asked me if I had cash on me (which I never do)- then proceeded to ask me why I couldn’t come pick up my food. When I told her I couldn’t because I’m working she then asked me if my address was a business (which it’s not because I work from home)— Not sure that I’ll be ordering from them again any time soon.
Great food / bad service. Their food is delicious , but have incredibly bad customer service ! Ordering by phone , I get hung up on , rushed and treated like a criminal for paying with Visa .
