Excellent!. It’s fantastic every time!
A family favorite!. Simply really good food at great prices. A wide selection of Italian based items are available on their menu. The Penne with Vodka sauce is some of best we have had anywhere. The seafood is always fresh and flavorful. We have also enjoyed their catering for office parties. A great value. They also have house made desserts and alcohol available, Some of our favorites are the mushroom and brie soup ((yum)), the penne with vodka, chicken with sweet peppers and provolone, the baked stuffed scrod, and all their pasta dishes look amazing. We can’t wait to try more in the future, it just hard not to always order our favorites. There is a reason why this place is always busy, so expect a short wait around dinner time and certainly on weekend. But do wait, it is worth it, and I rarely say that about most places.
Took a group of six here for my sister’s birthday dinner last night…Monday evening and was very disappointed. We were told 35 min wait and ended up being an hour and 15 mins wait then three of us order chicken salads and three order chicken penne and waited over another hour for the food which by this point we were all so hungry we had ate many baskets of bread during the wait period! The server was very apologetic while the manager Kelly needs to research his job as a restaurant manager! He was very insulting when letting him know our disappointment with wait time for table and additional wait time for food! He never once apologized and did not offer any means of compensation at all for the aggrevation! Instead of being empathetic he basically told us they have to many tables for the kitchen to keep up with the demand and all of the other restaurants in the area have the same terrible service according to this joke of a manager! I have never had such a poor experience with a restaurant manager and am not one to ever complain but the last few times we have gone to this location it has been the same terrible service and I do not blame the wait staff as they are always so apologetic it is very poor management!!! I will travel the distance to The Armstrong’s in Coraopolis or Bridgeville Armstrong’s Express in the future and will never waste my time or money at the Caste Village location again unless I hear there is new management there! Very disappointed! and ironically when I got home and repeated what our experience was like I was told by my duaghter’s boyfriend his family recently had the same experience there and got up and left the table because the dinner was taking to long and went elsewhere after waiting over an hour for their meals to come out!
Suggestions. Love Yor food and servers. Just wish you offered some healthier choices such as: Green beans, broccoli, cauliflower as sides instead of always french fries. Or even substitute a baked potato instead of greasy fries. Most meals contain a meat, starch and a vegetable. Other than salad you lack vegetables on you menu. Thank you

The chocolate mousse pie is seriously so delicious. The best.
