My last visit was on a Tuesday night around 6:30. There was no wait so we were promptly seated upon arrival. We started with chili cheese fries and spicy chicken bites. Decent, but wouldn’t order either of them again. The chili cheese fries were very average and the chicken bites had more breading on them than chicken. For dinner I ordered the Smokey Bacon Sirloin with mashed potatoes. Even though my plate was soaked in grease, the steak was cooked to my liking and very tasty. My sister ordered the Parmesan Crusted Sirloin and she was also very happy. Overall the food was satisfactory. The service we received is what impressed me more than anything. Our server went above and beyond to assure we had the best possible dining experience. He was helpful, attentive, and super friendly. Our drinks were always full, and anytime we needed something, we didn’t wait more than a couple seconds.

Longhorn Steakhouse is a must visit if you are in the Lehigh Valley. Their staff is phenomenal and their menu is exceptional. Although they have a good volumn of business, the wait is never long enough to deter my visit. The quality and taste of their menu items is always consistent. Prices are reasonable and portions are not small. Be sure to make it a point to go to Longhorn Steakhouse, I know I do.
