I’m sorry besides an awesome staff and very nice decor it was the worst $300 spent on dinner with family. They should kind of explain it a little better. Had I known we were boiling our main course I would have just did the cheese and dessert. Which both were awesome. Just overpriced for what it really is. Sorry but do your homework unlike myself.
Went for my fianc’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience; our server was personable, informative and entertaining….definitely made the experience worthwhile. As others have mentioned make sure you give yourself plenty of time, there were 3 of us (we did the four course selection) and we were there for about 2 hours. Would recommend for a nice celebratory occasion.
Cheese fondue and chocolate fondue were both delicious I went with my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary very nova and romantic I highly suggest it.. We sat at a table on lovers lane which is pretty much a private romantic lane of tables.. If u get a dinner entree I don’t recommend you to get any steak only because its fondue style.. But seafood is a must. And they have awesome anniversary packages there!!

Better fondue at home. Too much $$$ for what you get. By the time dessert arrived we were already mentally checked out. We have 2 fondue pots at home and have more fun doing this leisurely and enjoyably in our own house. Also, have been to non-chain fondue places that put this to shame for both price and quality. Service was adequate. Nothing to see here.
Really Special. I’ve gone to the Melting Pot for birthdays with my family twice now. It’s fantastic every time. We get the Big Night Out and everything is delicious, the waiters/waitresses are friendly and talkative, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The prices are high for an everyday kind of outing, but for special occasions it’s my favorite. For my birthday they even brought out an extra little plate of cake and brownie pieces to dip in the chocolate fondue.
Great food, great atmosphere, something different…..loved it!
