Went for lunch during the week in their first few weeks of being open. Beer is good so far. Ordered the ravioli. As an Italian who makes homemade pasta herself, I’m always looking for places that offer fresh pasta. Their sauce was good, and the pasta was obviously very fresh, but the pasta was way too thick for ravioli. I like my pasta thick, and even use the same fold-over technique as their chef, but it really needs to be one number thinner on the rolling machine. My husband ordered the chicken Parmesan with homemade angel hair. For fresh, thin pasta, it was cooked way too long. Prices were very reasonable, maybe even under priced. Execution with the food was not perfect that day, but I’m very hopeful. I just hope they don’t go out of business for under pricing!
