If you like to wait…. This restaurant almost gave me no impression. I have to think hard of my experience there. I ate there once. Here is all I can remember about this place: Extremely slow service(it took almost 40 minutes to get my order), potion size is kind of small( one entree couldn’t fill me up), all the food we ordered just tasted OK to me(maybe we didn’t get the right thing?) and not a cheap place to eat in Williamsport. And all the reasons above is why I just ate there once.
Absolutely amazing. This is the type of place that you always hope to stumble into; great local music, creative delicious food, and a fun/caring staff. Reminds me of someplace out of a movie. Kudos!
If you like clams…. My husband and I have been going to Franco’s for years — for the food, for the friendly atmosphere. It’s all good. My favorite dish is the Clams Amletto — clams steamed in a broth with white wine, onion, celery, a little hot sauce, and I’m not sure what else. Yes, the clams are tender and delicious, but it’s the broth that makes you want to find anything to soak it up with. It’s served with a couple generous slices of Joanna’s crusty bread, but you’ll be looking for other absorbent foods with which to finish the broth. It’s that good. If you want to go, make a reservation. Gets super busy on the weekends.

Fabulous Food and Atmosphere!. The Panfried Calamari is so scrumptious it melts in your mouth! The Italian entree’s are delicious, they always seem to have a different type of Lasagna on special which is always very tasty. My all time favorite dish has to be the Seafood Fra diavlo, it is on the spicy side, so if you like spicy-try this dish. I love how they serve the shredded cheese in larger shreds. They are also the only restaurant in town serving Dr. Frank’s wines from Keuka Lake NY, my all time favorite wine. The service is always fabulous, the servers are truly outgoing and friendly and its a nice atmosphere!
FAIR. I have been to this location 2 different times and each time….the service on getting food is extremely slow. Food is fair.Atmosphere is antiqued. Throws you back to the 1970s. They do have a variety of beers on tap.
Not impressed. The service was terrible and my food arrived SUPER Slow – AND not to mention COLD. I ordered the Tips and Tortellini and it was overpriced and less than mediocre.
