My husband and I visit many microbreweries, and thought we’d give this place a try. We sampled their beer at an event at Reptile Land. Their beer is actually pretty good, accurate to style and a few interesting, unique brews like the Salz Weizen. Their food prices, on the other hand, leave a lot to be desired. $14 for a frozen burger patty (albeit with tasty cheese and BBQ sauce) and fries. The food was good, but far overpriced. I would get the burger again for $8, not $14. For a place with a weekly changing menu, I did expect better. This is a place you go to for the beer, and eat only when you have to. Not worth our hour drive to come back with the golden strip down the street.
