Fantastic place! Probably the best quality Chinese food in York. Lin’s Garden pales by comparison. Chicken is fresh. Rice is well-cooked and not drowned in grease, like in some Chinese restaurants. Great customer service — friendly owner. Highly recommend Joyful Garden.
Joyful Garden. Garlic sauce is to die for! They have brown rice, much better for diabetic’s than white rice.

Best food there. I traveled to Pennsylvania to visit my parent, and I was feeling a bit hungry and I found Joyful Garden Chinese Restaurant. Their food tasted excellent, especially the General Tso’s chicken. It was the best food ever in my life.
