Patriotic Theme. I really enjoyed the patriotic theme at Mission Barbecue it gives the place a welcoming feel. I would compare the service to that of a Chipotle restaurant where you order and take your food to your own seat. I like this because it really reduces the time to get your meal you get to choose where you wnat to sit. The food is better than average for a chain barbecue place. I really enjoyed the brisket and the baked beans. Next time I’d like to try the bread pudding because it looked very tasty.
