Amazing restaurant!. My wife and I have been eating at the Pho Bistro for the past 2 years. This is definitely our favorite restaurant in York. The food is fantastic, and the owner and family are always welcoming. BYOB is encouraged and we never feel rushed–even when we stay for the amazing Vietnamese coffee. The atmosphere is simple and family-oriented; sometimes we even experience Vietnamese shows playing on the TV! Every single dish is wonderful, exceptional portion size, made to order, and to your spice preference. We have never been disappointed and even trust the owner/staff to select a dish for us! YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE!
Unprofessional service and food. First off I miss family run restaurants but this was absurd. Every time I have been there the owners use their own kids who are no older than 15 as the servers. They are too young to be working like this and I believe unfair to the children. So how is this fair customer service utilizing your children like free labor? Also the food is over priced for the quality and quantity that is provided. I have driven to Lancaster for better tasting Vietnamese food and it cost less with gas included. For anyone wanting authentic and GOOD tasting Vietnamese food drive to Lancaster.
Helpful Service. I’ve had Pho before but the staff at Pho Bistro were very helpful in choosing a Pho I would like and seasoning it to my taste. The portions are very large and most of the dishes are freshly prepared.I would recommend trying the egg rolls or spring rolls. You can tell they are prepared on site by the staff and are better than your average egg roll.
