Taste Test is a restaurant incubator in which aspiring restaurateurs go through a mentorship process to develop their concepts and audition them to the York community for a chance at owning a permanent brick and mortar location downtown. It features a cafe where people audition, a next-door restaurant for a longer trial, and a backyard cantina.
