This used to be a small wooden shack, torn down and built very nicely. The name means water up to the neck. Great seafood and you must try the tostones, fried plantains.
We had a Gustazo and we reluctant after seeing some reviews. Our experience was great, server attentive, drinks we spot on and reasonably priced. The food was delicious and you cannot beat the view. Would go there again.
Food was very good , recommend the grouper . Great Pina Coladas . Have patience , the service is very very slow
