When we visit Caguas after doing their museum tour, Ruta Del corazón, we stop at Al Dente for lunch. They have great specials in addition to their pizzas. We had enjoyed their Old San Juan location for many years and are glad to revisit

Fantastic all around! Fantastic service, simple yet elegant menu, great wines and prices. Al Dente now in Caguas.
Never disappointed. You can never go wrong here. Pasta. Pizza in a stone revolving oven. Steak. Risotto. Don’t leave the Island and have someone tell you later you missed this place.
