In 1968 my father, Jose A. Parra, founded "Los Jos Pizza". He was a Puerto Rican who gave taste and flavor to NY pizza in Puerto Rico. Through his recipe, he captured and conquered the town of Caguas and neighboring towns with food and Salsa music! Come and experience the character and atmosphere of my restaurant to enjoy food and music made with love. Pura "Salsa" Music! Now in days, is cosider a Classic Pizza !!
