Star Fish Restaurant is located on the grounds of The Fajardo Inn. When you just feel like taking a short stroll to have an elegant dining experience, Star Fish is the restaurant for you. You have the choice of dining inside or outside on the veranda overlooking the pool, as well as our gardens. It is truly a delight. One of our Chefs will create one of their specialty dishes, undoubtedly with a Puerto Rican and Caribbean influence.
