We offer two distinct dinning areas: the Sports Lounge, located in the first floor and the Restaurant Lounge on the second. Caribbean Creative Cuisine meets casual ocean and seafood varieties at Sole Beach Club Restaurant. Specialties include the classic Tuna Tartar, Ceviche, Mahi Mahi Tacos and Skewers and our Chef Menu includes Skirt Steak with flavored vanilla potatoes, N.Y. Steak, Salmon Saffron and the delicious Airline Chicken with Seasoned Vegetables. Our menu is a World/Caribbean Fusion, taking inspiration from various regions in order to present an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
