Mar Express is a Puerto Rican company that serves snacks and healthy food, with Latin flavor. We offer a menu of quality, easy to prepare at reasonable price. Our goal is to keep offering a menu that meets to eat healthy and nutritious and is a unique experience for the customer that visits us. Through the handmade creations of our burritos, tacos, quesadillas and other healthy creations of the Chef, we intend to meet the demand for awareness in the nutrition and health of recent years. A growing number of people want to eat healthy foods regularly without losing the taste for quality and flavor. Tastes like fish with spicy sauce of pineapple, gazpacho, salad with salmon and halibut ceviche, pork with tamarind sauce, chicken with spicy sauce of Passion-fruit, Eggplant and the Eastern (vegetables) with ginger, in any of the forms (burritos, tacos, quesadillas) have had the acceptance of our customers. This is not to mention that we can create combinations of flavors depending on the requests from our visitors. The preparation of food is conducted in the restaurant on wheels. The kitchen is designed for a high level of efficiency in delivering food and reduces the time to complete the order. In addition, it has sanitary efficiency and cleaning is daily. Fresh vegetables, meat and dairy products are used here to create most of the dishes from scratch. Food is made to order. We have refrigerators. The chef exercised strict standards of sanitation, quality production, and the presentation of the food.
