We are here twice, once with a cooking lesson to make mofongo. This family owned restaurant is friendly with cozy wooden tables. One of the nights, we saw a folk dance performance.
Fun place, fabulous, inventive food. Great local atmosphere. We had lunch on a hot day and it was so pleasant without air conditioning. Covered patio atmosphere, fans and fresh air.

We had dinner here on the last night of our stay. The food was delicious. We had the sweet potato soup, the eggplant park and a salad.
When I have the time I like to lunch there. Good food, price right. Not a social local but a good one.
