We stumbled across this place while venturing through Old San Juan. The alcapurrias were delicious and huge. The staff was very nice and they played great music, such a great vibe!
So amazing! It was such a highlight on our trip that we went back a second time once our cruise returned. Mind blowingly good!
If you want beer and empanadas, this is great, but I tried to order off the menu, was treated like I was a nuisance and given something similar to what I ordered but not what I ordered.
Outdoors, next to the entrance to La Perla. Best option for authentic Puerto Rican food without being grossly overcharged. Not the cheapest spot but def worth it and cheaper than anywhere you’ll find in viejo san juan. Would go back for the music and food.
