Fresh seafood, great local cuisine and also try their home made hot sauces with different flavors, like, tamarind, passion fruit, avocado, lemon etc.
All I can say is YUM!!!!! If your looking for fresh seafood my recommendation is stop in here. I had the fried red snapper with rice and beans! The portions are huge!! And the flavors are on point!!!!

We enjoyed dinner at Cayo Caribe two Fridays ago. The appetizers were so good, that I wasn’t sure I would have the appetite for the main dish. The service was very good and the food was perfect. Definitely going back!
