Concha y Flori is about Puerto Rican cuisine inspired by the roots and influence of Spanish recipes in Puerto Ricos traditional Grandmas Kitchen. The inspiration in our dishes is about fresh and local ingredients that creates a culinary experience, revealing the centenary history between Puerto Rico and Spain. Our menu is savory and affordable, including our brick-oven flatbreads (Cocas) with local ingredients toppings, savory croquetas & empanadas, stews and specialty rices such as seafood rice and arroz con pollo, fresh local fish with roots vegetables, local arepas with cod, octopus and local greens.
