The food at this restaurant is very good, family style, the special menu has a nice amount of different dishes that come with sides. The prices are good, even better from their special menu.
We had great service. Tried something new, the moon go (soup) good flavor, interesting because it’s made with tripe (not our thing). Good mofongo. Delicious mushroom sauce. No where in p.r. has a good salad dressing, so don’t recommend that. Convenient location. Fairly priced.
Basilias is now located in Isla Verde on the main strip. The Calle LoÃza location IS closed. Food is ok, topical Puerto Rican food, but they’re are better places. If you’re in Isla Verde, I would recommend Metropol instead.
Great food in a very nice restaurant. Skirt steak, Puerto Rican rice with a glass of Merlot. Everything perfect. Very attentive service. Thank you Joaquin.
