Great food/drinks in downtown Isabella, Vieques. Dying for some burritos and this hit the spot. Margaritas on point
We happened to stumble across this restaurant while searching for a lunch place. It was clean. bathrooms were clean, cook came out with hair net which is a good sign. Food was good. I had shrimp tacos. Hubby had chicken quesadillas. drinks were good too.
The service is terrible. Had to ask several times to get drinks, and even then they didn’t all show up. The music is so loud, it isn’t possible to talk to people at your own table.
