Executive Chef, Carlos Perez. brings to the table Contemporary Puerto Rican cuisine centered around our bayahonda mesquite fired grill and Rotisol rotisserie that is always fresh, very often wholly local, and all at once creative, humble and unique. Our dinner menu typically features 4 to 5 main courses and a special or 2 depending on what goodness the local fisherman, farmers, urban foragers, and our staff bring through the doors on a particular day.
