Had high expectations after hearing good things about the Providence location, but unfortunately they fell short in every regard. Confusion on wait-staff tending our table, 20 mins for drinks, waitress never came by to check for refills, and took forever to take our Order. Meal took forever to arrive and was terrible. The worst marinera sauce I’ve ever tasted. All of this and a big price tag – major disappointment. I was not alone, the table next to ours had a young couple and their toddler aged son. After an hour wait they still hasn’t brought the boy his pasta with grated cheese, so the disappointed parents picked up and left. Not sure why this location, which has the same menu as their main Providence location, can’t seem to even come close. Never going back!
