The Melting Pot is one of my favorite fondue chains in the US. They have not just a decadent selection of sweet fondues but also the savoury ones with spinach and all that yummy cheese. It’s hard to resist especially when everything is cooking in front of you, at your table…just like Korean barbecue!
We have been to other Melting Pots and had a wonderful time but the service is part of what made the experience great. The staff at Providence is SLOW. So slow that after having empty plates for 30min and an empty drink for 23min (mind you it is late lunch and their are only like six tables in the whole place so it’s NOT busy just inattentive service) I decided to write this review. Good food… Bring a novel or long research paper to finish while waiting for service… Ugh!
