Lunch Only. McGovern’s Yellow Kittens has dedicated their expansive outdoor deck to a new Mexican restaurant for lunch times between 11:30am and 5pm. The menu is a very loose New England style of Mexican food with items like Lobster Quesadilla (which we all loved, even the two guys who don’t like lobster), burritos, tacos, wings, and so on. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxed, like most on Block Island. Very family friendly. Even though it just comes from a machine and is served in a plastic cup, we all really liked the frozen margaritas which taste a LOT like a tequila-drenched lime Del’s.
