Food Good, Atmosphere Bad!. While the food was very good, my review is about the atmosphere on a Friday evening (Jan. 17, 2014) at the early hour of 7:00pm. The band start playing at 7:30pm, which is much too early for people whom want to dine and chat. This band was so loud that our table of four had to literally shout to hear each other ~ and we were NOT sitting near the band! As a result, a nice evening was constantly disturbed by a much-too-loud band!
Murphy’s Law. Went here to watch the Pat’s game with a bunch of people. Food was just average but not consistent. Looked at some nachos that looked pretty good and ordered them. They were pitiful. Beer selection was ok. Service was only fair. Was there several minutes and went to the bar to order. Several staff were there but were too busy chatting with each other to notice me. Wait staff finally came to table and I ordered from her. The final insult came when I received the bill with what appeared to be about a 25% gratuity included. It was actually 20% but was based on full value. (There were some discounts ) I normally tip on full value but the service wasn’t worth even 15%.
