No refill on iced tea? WT???? $11 for 4 glasses. Food was good (but nothing you can’t get at Mom’s house) and service was friendly and attentive. However, there is no reason to charge $2.75 for a 20 glass ice tea that has NO refills! Ridiculous! My friend and I each had 2 glasses and when the check came it read $11 for Ice tea! Ticks me off when a server offers another glass without stating that is an additional charge. Had a really nice time at this place until the bill came. Will never go back again.

Great Restaurant with BIG Portions. Andino’s is one of the best restaurants in Providence. Good service, comfortable room, and good food. They tend to be busy on Weekends and they schedule their reservations relatively tightly, so it can feel a little rushed. The waiters are friendly and knowledgable, but they can be a little hasty to ask if you want something wrapped up. And you will CERTAINLY want things wrapped up because their portions are HUGE. The prices would be average if their portions were average, but with the TONS of food they give you, the prices are actually a really good deal. But just an entree is enough to fill the average person up; if you want to try the appetizers, make sure you have a REALLY good appetite, otherwise you’ll be bringing most of your entree home.

All I Can Say is…… You have to get the Eggplant Rollantini appetizer that’s a meal in itself and it’s HEAVEN all rolled up! I don’t even need a menu when I go here. I tell the waitress no thanks I know what I want already.I usually get this with their awesome ceasar salad which two people can split with an appetizer or meal.I also had their homemade soups which are great. A reasonable price for a great meal. This place is a must if you’re on Federal Hill.

Slow service and Cold food and only an apology. We went to Andino’s yesterday and arrived around 5:30. They were busy at the time and asked us if we would care to sit outside on the patio. It was a sunny day, we went out back to check it out and decided to give it a shot. We quickly realized as the sun was setting it was quite cold and we surprised they did not have heaters outside to make their guests a little more comfortable during these chilly spring months. We ordered an appetizer (Calamari), Manicotti and Lasagna (two basic dishes). As we were freezing our asses we seemed to wait for what seemed like forever to get our food. We noticed a couple that was seated after us, not only receive their food before us but they finished their meal before we even got our main entrees! The waiter must have come up to apologize to us and update us on our food’s status at least 4 times. We were seconds away from canceling our meal and leaving and it showed up at about 7:05. It took an hour and a half to be seated and served. When I got to the center of my lasagna IT WAS COLD!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. We immediately asked for our check and told him that my meal was cold and he continued to apologize. We assumed we would be comped for part of the meal and would you believe they didn’t do a thing. This is my first review about this place and certainly not my last. Next stop, to contact the restaurant directly and then inform my 1,100 facebook friends.Slow service and cold food = unacceptable!!
