Very much a college diner vibe but good food. This will not be a Michelangelo presentation but the food will be tasty and enjoyable. Might be a little too loud for an older crowd but very pleasing atmosphere.
Big crowd on a Sunday, but host was gracious, service prompt and friendly, things moved briskly. Good breakfasts, tasty well seasoned traditionals such as omlets, pancakes, home fries, hash, eggs Benedict. We recommend this cafe. (Catch the Coffee Exchange across the street for good coffee drinks too.)
Good food, laid back atmosphere. I love coming here on a lazy weekend especially since theyre open til late afternoon for late risers. The service is hit or miss, the waitresses can be unpleasant sometimes. The atmosphere is very busy and a little cramped, but i find it to be more cozy than anything. The food is great, it’s breakfast food not a gourmet restaurant, you know? Some people go there expecting a fancy white tablecloth breakfast. Its the east side, it’s quirky unique and full of indie artist college students just looking for a normal weekend breakfast.
Love this place. Everytime i come here the food doesnt disappoint.. especially the omelettes greek… really good prices and unlimited refills for coffee, i give it two thumbs up..
Always a wait on weekends but worth it once your food comes. Plus you have a funky young crowd to watch as you wait.
Incredible Pancakes. Love this place. Right now, their seasonal pancake is a pumpkin, chocolate chip and banana masterpiece. Unbelievably good, reasonably priced and quick, friendly service.24 Nov, 2010Incredible Pumpkin Chocolate Chip and Banana Pancakes. Yum!
Lazy weekender. I really wish I could make it to Brickway more often. The only problem is the wait is pretty hefty on weekends! (unless I’m up early which just doesn’t happen) Delicious coffee & Breakfast burrito all the way.
