Best meal I’ve had in Providence. I love Broadway Bistro! It can be a bit expensive, but the food is ALWAYS good. They change it up every few months to keep things interesting too. Their scallops are AMAZING and their ribs & grits are fantastic too. I highly recommend this restaurant

Always delicious. Broadway Bistro is my new favorite restaurant. I’ve been there four times — once with an old friend that I hadn’t seen in awhile for an intimate conversation over dinner, once with a couple of people after a movie just because we were hungry, once with seven friends to celebrate a birthday, and once to cheer up a friend after a break-up. It was the perfect restaurant every time — try it if you haven’t yet.
Rude Staff. The definition of Bistro is small restaurant. The staff should know that if their going to make rude comments about their guests while their in the kitchen, that they can easily be heard. Very disrespectful. The place is very small, very dark to the point you can barely see the food and the menu is hit or miss. Walk to Federal Hill and find something better. This place is a failure.

Delish & divine!. Broadway Bistro is a charming restaurant with a modest sized menu, a very romantic atmosphere, and an extensive wine list. The food menu consists of one page, split between appetizers and entrees. Think quality, not quantity here. Every bite is full of masterfully balanced flavor and texture, almost sinfully perfect. The menu changes from time to time, so while the selection is not as large as in most restaurants, the menu size clearly gives the chef time to absolutely perfect every bite that you will enjoy. The bistro has very low lighting with candles to enhance the mood, yet the effect is not a forced effort at romance, but rather almost an accident. The server was quite knowledgeable about the menu and the specials, and completely non-intrusive to our dining experience.Just note that while there is a wine and beer list that is two pages (food menu is only one page), there is no hard alcohol served. Soft drinks are available.I highly recommend Broadway Bistro, and I am looking forward to visiting again soon.
