As Chicago transplants, my wife and I are fiercely critical of Mexican cuisine. Her enchiladas and my pork belly tacos were phenomenal. Looking forward to coming back!

Good food poor service. Food was pretty good and reasonably priced. The place was small and packed and the four servers were scarce. The tables weren’t cleared quickly or set and we weren’t asked if we needed another drink.

Good food marred by bad service. Good food, good drinks, amzingly slow (though friendly) service. There are meals that I expect to spend 2.5 hours on. Mexican isn’t one of them. The limited staff spent more time dealing with takeout orders than in servicing the dining room. I’m leaving this as a Like with a strong warning. If we go back again, we’ll try for an off hour and hope it goes better….

I am a native Rhody but I lived in southern California for almost 8 years. This is the best mexican food you are going to get in this state maybe even on this coast. They have tacos Arabese classic mexican pork with pineapple. Not alot of places do it an this place does it right. Everything I have had is excellent. All slow cooked, top quality meats. Service can be a little slow at times but the food is well worth it. For the price I think ERG is possibly the best meal in town. Full dinner and 2 beers for less than 20 bucks! Seriously if you have been hungering for the real deal mexican give ethis family owned/operated nexus of awesomeness a shot. You will not be disappointed.

Holy mole. This is the best kept secret in Olneyville (Providence). if you’ve ever been to mexico you will appreciate their authentic recipes; especially the mole sauce!

My New Go TO Burrito. Used to religiously go to Chilango’s on Manton ave, until I found El Rancho Grande. This place exemplifies bang for the buck and the margaritas a pretty good too. Breakfast menu is limited but good, oddly it seems this place is open 7 days a week 8AM-10PM which makes it really convenient. A++, now just don’t get sloppy like Chilango’s did.
