The Fidas Touch. The last of a breed of post war diner/weenie joints. The place retains its old school vibe, and although it may look like a garage from the outside, I can assure you it looks like one from the inside as well. This is not the kind of place that’s going to show up in the Michelin guide, and that is the point. Fidas is a local institution oozing with charm and I’ll take it over another McDonald’s any day.
