Just a wonderful experience!. I had heard and read about the cafe and decided to try it, after all, the reviews were very positive and I’m one to help a non-profit organization. When my friend and I arrived, we were greeted with a cozy, bright, and professional atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly. I ordered the stack of pancakes with fruit, which tasted as good as it looked. I had some fantastic hazelnut coffee from the self-serve coffee bar which included free refills. My friend, who enjoyed his meal as well, had eggs, hash browns, and pancakes along with coffee. The food was served quickly and hot, and the bill was extremely reasonable. I’ll be returning with my girlfriend very soon.
FANTASTIC brunch!!!. The brunch, which I think just started this fall (2010) was absolutely fantastic! This review was unanimous among the six people I was with, whether it was the standard bacon, eggs, hash browns, or the goat cheese/bacon stuffed French toast with fresh fruit! Service was excellent and they even brought out water for our dog (which was allowed in the outdoor seating). Highly recommended!
Thanks Friendship Cafe!. So great to visit a nice bistro and find tasty vegetarian entrees. They’ll even hook up vegans without drama. Thanks, Friendship Cafe, for your yummy, healthy food and getting that vegetarians eat more than salad!
So good, in so many ways. Friendship Cafe is fantastic. The food is wonderful (the absolute best fries around!) and the sense of community is unlike any other place. The service is top notch and the mission just couldn’t be any better. Grab a table in the beautiful patio area and try something yummy!
Friendship Cafe. This cafe is clearly evolving in food quality and style. Atmosphere is friendly and unpretentious. Location is easy to get to and a little off the beaten path. Sandwiches are mostly excellent, fresh, great breads used, great salads with nice little twists.
The Cubano sandwich was a tasty delight. The cafe is bright and spacious. I’ll be headed back to sit on the outdoor patio under an umbrella when the August humidity sets in.
