Tasty & Friendly. We have eaten at Opa on over a dozen occasions and found their offerings to be well prepared and at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly, although perhaps not as fast as most Americans would like. The ambience is great for dates or groups of friends. There is room at the bar to sample the menu and reasonably well-prepared drinks. The grilled calamari w/balsamic vinegar is excellent, as are the stuffed grape leaves and grilled lamb.

Really does not like it. I have been three times to this place and every time i go, i got disappointed. it is a noisy place where you will wait and wait for someone to serve you. what pissed me most the last time ive been there was the fact that we called for a reservation of 4 ppl, one we got there, they started putting ok salads and hummus , then bringing us ( guess what) raw liver and kofta yes raw liver…what were they thinking….did we seem Chinese to them or what. anyways we didnt touch anything from that food. they later took it and brought some kebobs. we were just wondering why they were bringing such food without even telling us. time for check…..OMG will never nor my friends nor my friends’ friends come here again
Horrible customer service. too pricey, the band sucks,. Couple weeks ago i had the pleasure to visit this place for the 2nd time, a friend of mine wanted to try IT. i recommended others places cuz i was not impressed the 1st time. anyway, we got there around 9ish it took about 10 min to have us seated, we were ignored for another 15 minutes the waiter came in we ordered the food & hookah.after we got the salads we waited 20 minutes to get the entres, we didn’t bother looking at the Desert cuz they didn’t have much in it. we liked the salads, the entres seemed okk since we were starving by then, the prices were close to the Capital Grill even though the difference b/w the 2 is Huuge. As for the band, it sucked big time, i m not sure if the guy on the piano that night was having a training session. he literally blew off my ear drums.beside the food and the shitty band, the hookah topped all of them, we paid 30$ for one hookah while anywhere else in Rhode island they charge less than $20, we thought maybe it has some weed on on it, that will be ok. but it was less than an average hookah, but what pissed me off is that when the charcoal burnout, we had to wait and wait for some one to come to change it for us. all in all i will never go to this place again.
Incredible food!. Wonderful, delightful evening w/friends…had the $35pp diinner of absolutely everything… the food just kept coming and coming! The staff and owners were very pleasant and conversational…it’s a great place to go to with a group of friends, so you can ooh and aah over all of the various dishes! Can’t wait to return!
Huge dissapointment for big bucks…. I have never went to a joint where so many of the owner’s friends and family came in with thier runty kids and babies- not to eat mind you but to simply take up space and visit !!! Typical Mediterranean family- but please pay attention to my date and me when we are forking over mucho dinero…Beyond the periodic F**k me eyes from one of the waittresses,i felt totally ignored . My food was average at best and my water glass was empty for most of my meal…foeven though I gestured in vain at the waitstaff for a refill…i felt like walking out of the place…Hey- this ain’t lebanon baby…give me some water pronto!!!Besides that, the place looked unkempt. I will NEVER go back to this place….I’d rather go to the Blue Grotto….
