Had such a great time there!. The service, food and ambience at Snooker’s are fantastic.I shared my positive experience with my co-workers. We are going to target December for a team outing at your establishment30 Mar, 2010Party i had at snookers. Just a quick email to let yo know how wonderful John’s party turned out. Everyone had an amazing time….and none of the guests had been there yet! The food was delicious and the service excellent….thank you so much for your attention to detail.Can’t wait to plan our net event together.
Rude, Rude, Rude!!!! I called a week in advance for a party on 20 people. They said I was all set, I had a table reserved and everything. Luckily, I called the day before to confirm because they totally dropped my reservation. After being on hold for 20 minutes, 4 people answering and transferring my call, they told me I never had reservations and that they couldn’t accomodate my party. To boot, the waitress hung up on me when I asked what I should do. I called back, talked to the owner, no remorse whatsoever. Great customer service, Snookers (just kidding!). I’m appauled, there atre other places to drink and play pool.
With only 5 people at the bar it still took me over 30 minutes to get a beer. The chicken skewers were very good though! I may have just been there on a bad night but the service was just horrible.
