One of my favorites! Service is friendly and quicker than it use to be. Atmosphere is great. Don’t listen to reviews where people can’t be bothered to go online to see when a restaurant opens!
Lousy service. The lovely view of the water is poor compensation for enduring the unfriendly and poorly trained staff. There are many places in Providence to get good eggs — Nick’s on Broadway or the Edge for more casual dining, to name a couple. Skip the Waterman Grille and seek a more welcoming establishment.
Go to Nick’s on Broadway instead. We arrived at 10:15 and inquired whether they were open before the disabled member of our party got out of the vehicle. They said they were but we when we got inside they told us the kitchen wasn’t open until 10:30, which would be fine except they said we could not sit down until then. They wanted us, including the person in our party who is in a cast, to stand for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant because it was policy! We finally had to leave because she couldn’t stand any longer. We spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude, never apologized nor offered our friend in a cast a seat. We went to Nick’s on Broadway and had a great meal and great service.
One of the few places I don’t mind spending extra for great food. There are plenty of cheep yummy places to go but this is food perfict, woth the money.
Our favorite place. This is our favorite place to dine. The food and service are excellent. A nice cozy place to relax and enjoy yourself. Every time we go we try something different and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
Nice Surprise. I think this place has some interesting dishes to offer. Wasn’t disappointed when I dined here, and it’s right on the water.
