Worst service gets order wrong every time. Food is delicious , when they get it right . 3 consecutive trip left unsatisfied by wrong by unhelpful rude service from the staff . They act like I am troubling them when I place an order also I specifically asked for garlic wings and they gave me buffalo but this has happened on 3 trips with same exact request. I am appalled by the lack of respect that I receive upon entering this establishment. Further more, their dining is filthy with a dirty television and they have the loudest tin chairs of any restaurant they are louder than a jet engine. . As for the food it is great tastes fantastic huge portions just wish I could order it myself so I wouldn’t have to deal with the cruel punishment of their service
Concerning their delivery. So as someone who goes to RISD and works late a lot, i’ve done my share of delivery. And most places its way below par, but with wings over providence, I’ve had two really amazing experiences were not only does the food arrive before the estimated time, but its hot, delicious, and looks fresh and non-smooshed or tossed around like some places food does after a car ride. I also love that it never costs me an arm and a leg. If your craving some good food but for whatever reason can’t make it out, i highly recommend their delivery service, by far its been the best in providence for me!
