I have never ordered off the menu. I always order from the wall near the back where they list their specials. In the past it has been migas, Cajun hash… Today, jambalaya hash with two eggs, homemade biscuit and real grits. The hash was amazing. Gulf shrimp, Cajun sausage abs rice with just enough ‘pow’.daughter had their special pancake. No bisquick here. Just fantastic.
Good eats, good value!. For breakfast, you have to try this place! So many options, so little time, and at a great bang for your buck. What is not to like?! There is something here for the sweet, the spicy, the plain-jane, and the adventuresome. Fluffy pancakes, daily muffins, slamming omlettes, grits, and a kickin’ cajun influence brings it all home. Gotta love Bluebird Cafe! An atmosphere featuring local artists work & friendly, upbeat, prompt service- this place is not to be missed. You will leave happy:)For lunch, you have to try the soup. Just trust me. You will be glad you did!
