New England At It’s Best. First visit today while visiting an old friend who knows all of the restaurants in RI. She couldn’t wait to take us here. She guaranteed us we would be impressed. And yes we were. Fantastic oysters! Everything about this place is delightful. Well worth a ride from CT.

True times. Maybe 10% of the fresh vegetables come from Perys farm.He buys everything else wholsale from Belmonts,at least the lettuce is bug free. His oysters are amazing. If it were not for the third world labor he might get a good nights rest. There are no employee bathroooms, breakroom,.Beo and kiara run free in the kitchen and prep area(4 legged).Food is OK,chef Jeff does his best.I hope someday to return and have a HOT meal .

Had very poor service. ordered entire dinner and all food came out at once explained about apps and dinner should be spaced the staff became upset and condescending. I had a 600 tab and left feeling not very appreciated the oysters where not very fresh had an odor to the matunkek brand but the others seemed fresh. After spending so much thought someone would care about the bad service and try and make things right but i was wrong. I had a party of 8 will not be going back.

Perfect. The atmosphere is a bit rough – – loud and cafeteria-like. My first impression upon entering was a bit skeptical…but then the food came. OMG! My dish had the BEST piece of fish I have ever had in my life (and I have eaten in many five-star restaurants). It was cooked to absolute perfection and tasted so fresh, I was surprised it wasn’t still swimming on my plate! The noise in the dining room was suddenly tuned out by the great food! I can’t wait to go back. (fyi….my dish was halibut with french fingerling potatoes, swiss chard, tomato reduction sauce). All of the ingredients tasted like they were just plucked from the garden and the sea. The chef knows how to prepare a perfect meal.

Oysters tasted like a mermaid kiss! The fresh farm vegetables complimenting the fresh farm raised oysters were delightful! Excellent service, too! This place is very detail oriented, which is what one wants in a restaurant! It’s also very responsive to what the public desires! Great operation!
