  We decided to celebrate Mother’s Day on Saturday evening. First time here and was not disappointed. Very nice ambiance. Considerable menu. We ordered, Lasagna Alla Corinna, Canneloni Bolognese Alla Corinna, Cotoletta Di Pollo Alla Parmigiana and one of the specials, Braciole, using thin Black Angus steak. The food was second to none. The service was impeccable. I (we) would highly recommend Trattoria Romana South!

  Classis Italian very well done. We were very pleased with waitress Maura, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about menu.

  Romantic Evening at Trattoria Romano. Trattoria Romano is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food in the Wakefield Commons. We started our meal with the Tomatoe Caprese Salad and a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. For dinner I had the Veal Sorrentino which combines veal, eggplant, marsala tomatoes and mushrooms over angel hair pasta..My date had the lobster macaroni and cheese. The menu offered a variety of chicken, veal, and seafood as well as pasta and tasty salads. Desserts of cheesecake and tartufo made for a nice finish to a wonderfully romantic dinner at Trattoria Romano last Sunday evening.

  Suburban gem. On vacation and just happened to see this place, across from hotel. Wonderful food and wonderful service. The place was busy, even on a Sunday evening, but no so much that you couldn’t get a table.
