Best in Aiken. Very consistent high quality.
Food is so-so, prices are high, owner is extremely rude. Why bother?
Rude, and No Children allowed. Asked to leave when my husband, I, our infant son and another couple sat down to have dinner. Baby was in infant carrier. There were 2 other tables, one leaving and an elderly couple who was adoring our son. Had ordered drinks and when the waitress came back she said the owner would not serve us. The poor waitress was extremely embarrassed. My husband, who frequented Linda’s with his colleagues on a weekly basis, tried to speak to Linda but she would not budge and was extremely rude! I, being a new first time mom was so upset. He and his colleagues never returned!
Not great. My husband and I have been to Linda’s several times, and I doubt we will go back. The food is hit or miss. Some things are good, others not so much. Overall, I don’t think the food is impressive. Especially not for the cost. If I am going to pay $100 or more for dinner (including wine), I want it to be REALLY good. The last time I went to Linda’s, I had the Shepherd’s Pie and I didn’t eat that much of it. It was just not very good. Another turn-off was the time we tried to eat dinner at Linda’s, but we were turned away because we didn’t have a reservation. If they were packed, I could understand this but there were only a few other customers. They definitely had room. For better food in the Aiken area, go to Juniper or Malia’s or Oliv’a.
Great food. The food is amazing and Linda is very welcoming. I’ve been a couple of times and will definitely return!
One of the best in Aiken. This is one of Aiken’s best restaurants and one I go to regularly. It has a lovely, subdued decor, the food is DIVINE, Linda is a terrific chef. This is one of the places in Aiken I always go to with company — every meal I’ve had here is top notch, I’ve never been disappointed 🙂
